Danieli Corus has a track record of 40 years as an engineering company and plant builder for the iron, steel and aluminium industries. Since 2000, the company has been jointly owned by Tata Steel and Italian equipment manufacturer Danieli. In 2015, the company became a wholly owned Danieli subsidiary. From its IJmuiden home base, Danieli Corus prepares and executes projects, ranging from technical consultancy to the construction and commissioning of entire blast furnace facilities. All technology is state-of-the-art and customized to fit client requirements. Much of the approximate 100 million Euro business volume is based in emerging economies. Danieli Corus has around 250 employees, working at offices in The Netherlands, India and China.
In this position you will be responsible for the maintenance and use of the engineering applications, both technical and functional, bridging the gap between ICT and the engineers. You will be part of the Information Management/ICT department, reporting to the Manager Information Management/ICT.

The IM/ICT Department is responsible for the optimal functioning of the technical infrastructure and business systems for the offices in The Netherlands, India and China, with 250 accounts. Danieli Corus is investing to improve the use of the engineering applications as well as the document management tool.
