Two equal parts of 50% of the shares in Danieli Corus Technical Services BV are held by Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. and Corus Nederland BV. Danieli Corus Technical Services BV owns a number of outfits in The Netherlands, Canada and the USA.
Both shareholders are represented in the Supervisory Board of Danieli Corus Technical Services BV. Beside the Executive members, the Supervisory Board is made up of:
