Coke End Temperature Control (CETCO)

Since the cokemaking process is a batch process, it induces dynamic heat fluxes through the coke oven walls. These dynamic heat fluxes jeopardize control over the coking process and temperature control in particular.

If the end temperature of the coke is outside the target range, coke quality and emission will be below standard. In case of too high temperatures, energy consumption will also be too high, and the battery refractories will suffer from thermal attack.

The Coke End Temperature Control system (CETCO) provides you with a reliable, economical tool to control and maintain the heating system of coke oven batteries.
